I just came from the Camaya Coast clients’ day.   I was invited by the broker I contacted a couple of days ago when I thought of buying a property by the beach.  I initially wanted to go for a property in Subic but I saw not-so-nice reviews about the place and the broker I talked to was not very accommodating so I checked on the other options.  I saw a number of beachfront properties but they are all rather pricey.   Only Camaya Coast offers the lowest price but with the same quality somehow.  The good thing about Camaya is that it offers various payment schemes that will enable ordinary employees to purchase a lot.  Another good thing is that you can just buy the lot from them and build a house based on your preference.

After going there, I started dreaming about that house by the beach.  Of spending time with my family there surrounded by nature.  I have not signed anything yet but I definitely want to.  After all, that is my long time dream – having a beachfront house so I can go kayaking or jetskiing whenever  I want.

I went to Subic last month with my sister, my friend and her boyfriend – although I would rather say fiance.  During the trip, we went to Tree Top Adventure and rode their canopy ride.  Since it is already my second time there, it was a bit boring already so I decided to just think of some other things and came up with this silly idea of how to propose while I am there.  We were in that area of the ride where we are in between trees and there seem to be a lot of provisions to do some decorating.  I thought of balloons, flowers, lights and proposing while you are hanging between trees.  I also thought, what if the ring falls down?  How do I get it?  Anyway, I suggested this to my friend and they didn’t seem to buy the idea.  I guess, her boyfriend has some minor fear of heights and might not be able to pull it off.  What do you think?
